Assembly Instructions

Follow the instructions below to assemble your Allbarrow Auto Load Leveling Wheelbarrow, or download the instructions and diagram in PDF format.

  1. Set the handles parallel to one another and elevated from the floor approximately 24” using two boxes or saw horses.
  2. Put the wedges on top of each handle and align the bolt holes in the wedges with corresponding bolt holes in the handles.
  3. Slot two 5/16 x 5” bolts into the holes of the clip-on bracket in the tray bottom and through corresponding holes in rear of wedges and handles, short stay and legs. Apply a washer to bolt ends and thread a nut onto each bolt, loosely fastened.
  4. Slot two 5/16 x 3 ½” carriage bolts into the holes of the clip-on bracket in the tray bottom and through corresponding holes in rear of wedges, handles, long stay and legs. Apply a washer to bolt ends and thread a nut onto each bolt, loosely fastened.
  5. Slot the leg brace into the channel at the rear of the legs. Insert two 5/16 x ¾” bolts with the threaded ends facing the front of the allbarrow. Apply washers to bolt ends and thread a nut onto bolt, loosely fastened.
  6. Position auto load leveling unit around and over handle ends as shown. Insert two 5/16 x 3” carriage bolts with threads facing down through the holes in the auto load leveling unit. Apply washers to each bolt end and thread a nut onto each bolt, loosely fastened.
  7. Insert two 5/16 x 5/8” u-bolts through underside of corresponding holes of auto leveling unit. Apply a washer to both ends of each u-bolt and thread a nut onto each end, loosely fastened. Slide axle through both u-bolts.
  8. Insert the axle through the wheel with the short hub pipe side of the wheel facing outside. Apply 16mm washer to axle and insert cotter pin into the hole on the axle. Bend the ends of the cotter pin.
  9. Insert two 5/16 x 3” bolts through tray brace holes at the end with a 90 degree bend, front holes in handle and front holes in auto load leveling unit.
  10. Thread end of the u-bolts must be facing upward. Apply a washer to bolt end and thread a nut onto each bolt, loosely fastened.
  11. Attach the top of the tray brace holes at the tray with two 5/16 x ¾” bolts. Slot the two 5/16 x 3/4” carriage bolts into the holes of the clip-on bracket in the front of the tray. Apply a washer to bolt ends and thread a nut onto each bolt, loosely fastened.
  12. Tighten all the nuts. YOUR ALLBARROW IS NOW READY FOR USE.
